Welcome to our care planning services! We understand the importance of having a personalized care plan for you and family. Our team is dedicated to assisting young families and older individuals in achieving control over their quality of life. We also offer care plans for minors in situations where the guardian is unable to speak at the time of need. From ages 18 to 118, we have got your back. We offer support to the chronically ill, their caregivers and to cancer patients. We specialize in grief support that is individualized to your needs. Choose our individualized 1:1 support meet or one of our grief courses that speaks to you. Most people are uncomfortable with speaking on the topic of grief but here at beyond farewells we open the doors for you be open and honest about your grief journey then allowing you to process your new reality. Whether it be through a sudden and tragic loss or if you're walking through an anticipating loss for yourself or a loved one, we will be here by your side.

Beyond Farewells is a supportive service founded by Aleasha, who has both personal and professional experience in navigating end-of-life matters. Aleasha understands the challenges of managing healthcare treatment, lodging, caregiving, transportation, bills, work, and family schedules during this time. Beyond Farewells offers guidance with writing your wishes so you & your family can have peace of mind through this transition.
